When you buy a house, there is a lot of uncertainty. There are a lot of things you won't know about a house until you actually move in. There are just too many variables involved. You can only do so much. The truth is until you are there for a while you won't know about the drug dealer in the area. You probably won't know about the vicious dog down the block that the neighbor let's roam the streets. Odds are you didn't notice the guy that works on his extremely load drag racer until 3 in the morning. And it doesn't really matter if you are superstitious or not, you didn't count on the ghost that opens doors and walks around at all hours... until after you moved in, spent your life savings, and have committed to the bank that you will be making mortgage payments for the next 30 years. Bottom line is you buy a house with a lot of faith, hoping that it all works out. |
| Now I'm not as big as Wal-Mart but I do like their guarantee. If you buy something and don't like it, you can return it. (as long as you have your receipt) But what I can is is the next best thing and I'm willing to bet you won't find another real estate agent that is willing to do this for you...
